A festive “Mardi Gras” dinner catered by Tin Trout featuring shrimp & grits, chicken & sausage jambalaya, garlic & almond green beans, sautéed brussel sprouts and carrots, dirty rice. (note: no seafood in the jambalaya.). Background music during and after dinner. Potluck desserts are welcome! BYOB
