Kirsten Mitchell previous owner and chef of Tin Trout will be catering a lovely meal of fresh mozzarella, tomato & basil salad, orzo pasta salad, roasted broccoli, mushroom rigatoni with a garlic beef demi cream sauce, grilled marinated chicken breast, and mashed potatoes.
