With the number of visitors to Grandfather Mountain expected to continue growing, the Grandfather
Mountain Stewardship Foundation announced the move to dynamic pricing in 2023. This change will
help distribute visitation throughout the year, improving the overall guest experience. The new fees
consider variables such as seasonality, holiday dates, and the availability of extra experiences. Prices for
adults are now arranged into three tiers, Base, Mid-Level, and Peak. Ticket prices for children remain
unchanged.
Base Days
Quieter days, mostly in the winter months.
Adult: $15
Senior $13
Child: $10
AAA Adult: $13
AAA Child: $9
Mid-Level Days
Most of April-October and feature extra experiences in the park, such as Grandfather’s schedule of Daily
Programs during these months.
Adult: $24
Senior $22
Child: $10
AAA Adult: $22
AAA Child: $9
Peak Days
In-demand days, usually around a holiday or fall color season, and typically feature extra experiences in
the park.
Adult: $28
Senior $26
Child: $10

Admission tickets include the Swinging Bridge, Wilson Center for Nature Discovery, hiking trails, wildlife
habitats, daily programs and more. Tickets are only available online; at which time you will also reserve

Annual memberships to the Bridge Club are also available, do not require visitors to make reservations, and include other additional benefits.

Individual Adult (ages 13 and older) – $80 (one name only)
Individual Child (ages 4-12) – $35
Group (member + 5) – $250
